Boise State Venture College: Venture College is a Boise State resource hub for all students and faculty to learn skills that help them become entrepreneurial and innovative thinkers. They offer foundational learning, experiential learning, incubator program, entrepreneurial resources, mentoring, pitch practice, competitions and workshops.
Idaho Biz Help: Idaho Biz Help is a source for small business solutions offered by the State of Idaho. It provides information to help you start or grow your business, along with news and frequently asked questions.
Idaho Technology Council: The Idaho Technology Council exists to connect, inform and promote the technology companies in Idaho. They organize 50+ events each year for members and non-members.
Idaho Works: Idaho Department of Labor website with information on education, careers, labor market, hiring, training, and other valuable programs.
Meetup: Meetup is a platform for finding and building local communities. Meetup offers various entrepreneurial groups with information on how to get connected.
New Ventures Lab: New Ventures Lab is a hybrid co-working space specifically designed for turning ideas into businesses. The “Lab” offers events and activities for businesses, entrepreneurs and members.
SCORE: SCORE® is a nationwide organization of active and retired businessmen and women who volunteer their services to assist small businesses and entrepreneurs. Score offers small business training workshops, both through instructor-led training offered in a SCORE office or online and interactive courses online.
Small Business Development Center: The Idaho SBDC offers a continual schedule of affordable workshops, conferences, and special events; each designed to teach practical, hands-on small business management skills. Our trainings are facilitated by dynamic, knowledgeable instructors, and range in content from introductory to advanced. Topics include marketing, cash flow, financial statements, business valuation, sales, bookkeeping, accounting, strategic planning and much more.
Small Business Learning Center: Offers a wealth of free information on financing, managing a business, marketing, starting a business and more.
Startup Grind: The Startup Grind is the largest independent startup community, actively educating, inspiring, and connecting more than 2,000,000 entrepreneurs in over 600 chapters. They nurture startup ecosystems in 125+ countries through events, media, and partnerships with organizations like Google for Startups.
TechConnect: TechConnect provides strategic technology prospecting and commercialization services through a large network of active innovators world-wide. They also provide information on technology events and conferences.
Trailhead: Trailhead is a collaborative working space for entrepreneurs to connect to the people and resources they need to succeed. Monthly events at Trailhead are available to members and nonmembers depending upon the event or workshop. These events range from presentations by new Startups, to lessons on innovation and entrepreneurship, and panel discussions by investors and technologists.
Women's Entrepreneur Network (eWomen Network): The Women’s Entrepreneur Network is a women helping women resource for business and entrepreneur networking in Treasure Valley, Idaho. They host networking events, training, meetups and various ways to connect and grow your business.
Zions Bank Business Resource Center: Zions Bank Business Resource Center offers training and events for entrepreneurs and businesses.
