The City of Eagle announces the launch of a new Citizen Engagement Request program using iWorQ technology. Citizens can now submit code violations, upload photos by simply filling out a web-based form at www.talktomycity.com/search/Eagle01. The City’s website features a quick link to the form and there’s also a free app – iWorQ Service Request – for citizens to use on cell phones apple or android devices.
Once submitted, the iWorQ form automatically creates a tracking number for the request and assigns it to the Code Enforcement Officer. Once it’s updates and actions are tracked in the program database, until the request reaches resolution. Citizens can also follow the status of their requests by creating an individual iWorQ account, at the time of the creation of their request.
