Eagle Lakes, also known as Truman Cove, is a mixed-use development along the Boise River by Rennison Companies. The site is located off of State Highway 44 (State Street) and S Ancona Avenue The development has great access and visibility with 327 plus residential units, greenbelt access, 5.3 plus acre park, and a 26-acre lake. The Bridges at Lakemoor
The Bridges at Lakemoor is a commercial development along Eagle Road, just north of Chinden (US-20/US-26) by Hawkins Companies. Current tenants within the development are T-Sheets, Cafe Yumm! (coming soon), barre 3 (coming soon), F45 Training, Luxe Reel Theatre (coming soon).

Eagle River is a 90-acre premier mixed-use development located on the Boise River. Situated at the prominent intersection of Eagle Road and State Highway 44, Eagle River hosts a diverse roster of businesses, from innovative office tenants to the Bardenay Restaurant & Distillery, to the Hilton Garden Inn.
