The Ada County Highway District is looking for community input on its Integrated Five Year Work Program. Annually, ACHD asks cities and residents to provide a list of projects for consideration in the next five years (2022-2026). Projects include intersection improvements & road widening, pedestrian and bike improvements (including installation of crosswalks and safe routes to school), and projects that will increase and enhance economic development within the City.

A list and interactive map of projects currently planned in Eagle and Ada County can be found on the Ada County Highway District website:

Projects can be submitted to the City of Eagle or to ACHD directly at Projects sent to the City of Eagle will be ranked by priority and then passed along to ACHD. Please submit all requests before December 11, 2020.

Please note: ACHD does not have jurisdiction of the State Highway system- SH 44 (State Street Bypass), SH-55 (Eagle Road S. of Albertsons or north of Home Depot), SH-16, and Chinden are not part of this process.
