The City of Eagle is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Gindlesperger to the Eagle City Council. The council approved Ms. Gindlesperger’s appointment on February 18, 2021. She is filling a vacated city council seat until the end of its current term, December 31, 2021.

Mayor Jason Pierce selected Ms. Gindlesperger out of a pool of many qualified applicants. “Melissa really impressed me with her passion for this town,” Pierce said, “She is engaged with what’s going on in her neighborhood and the city as a whole.”

Ms. Gindlesperger has lived in Eagle for three years and co-owns a local marketing business. She regularly volunteers with local service organizations to prepare meals for those in need.

“I am excited to partner with my neighbors and friends as we continue to preserve the integrity of our amazing city!” Gindlesperger said, “I will bring great thought and care to each decision made. I ask that you reach out and get involved so we can work together to create a safe, thriving, and livable home in Eagle, Idaho!”
