Electronic Billing (E-billing) and Utility Bill Payment Options

Electronic Billing is finally here!
The City of Eagle is pleased to offer an E-billing option for your convenience in receiving your monthly utility statement. Follow the link below to sign up to receive your statement electronically and to schedule monthly payments if you wish. Payment options through this site include both a one-time use or the ability to create a log in, save your information and even set up a recurring payment. You may use any major credit card, sorry no checks. City staff will not have access to your credit card information or account password. Card processing fees will apply. Account balances indicated on this site are from the last billing statement processed. No payments or adjustments to account balances are reflected. If you have questions concerning your account balance, please call the Water Department at 208-489-8777.

Options for Paying your City of Eagle Water Bill
In the Office: We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards across the counter at Eagle City Hall, 660 East Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho, 83616. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding all major holidays).
Mail In: Payments may be mailed to 660 East Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho, 83616, OR to PO Box 1520, Eagle, Idaho, 83616. Mail is processed daily.
Online Payments: From our City webpage, www.cityofeagle.org/water, you can make online payments with any major credit card. Card processing fees will apply.
Automatic Payments: You can enroll in our automatic payment program to have the balance of your utility account deducted from your checking account each month. This deduction is scheduled to pay your bill promptly on the due date of the 14th. Please complete the Auto Pay Application form and include a voided check.
Bill Pay Services Offered by Your Personal Banking Institution: Please be aware that these payments come to the City in the form of a paper check. The stated mailing time of 5 to 7 working days should be taken into consideration as you plan for prompt payment of your utility bill.
Drop Box: The payment box is located on the west side of the City Hall/Library parking lot next to the Library Book Drop boxes.
