DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: 

The mission of the Building Department is to provide quality services to the community in a manner that is comprehensive, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful to the public. The Building Department promotes and insures that all new development in Eagle is constructed in accordance with the highest standards of safety and that all existing structures are maintained in a safe condition.

  

NOTICE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017
All new building permit plan submittals will be subject to the following changed fees:
 
Park Development Impact fee:
$1,115.72 per residential unit (a reduction of $217.69). 
Pathway Development Impact fee:
$330.50 per residential unit *new fee

RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW TURN AROUND TIME:
The estimated time for a residential plan review is 15 business days.
