Sign Permits

Step 1:

The City of Eagle requires Design Review for ALL signs located within the City of Eagle.  The Design Review application shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department.  Once the Design Review is approved, there is an appeal period.  Once the appeal period is passed, the applicant may proceed to Step 2 below.

Step 2:

Signs w/ no Electrical - Once the appeal period has passed, Planning and Zoning will issue the sign permit and construction may commence.

Signs w/Electrical - Once a conditional approval has been received from the Planning and Zoning Department, a separate electrical permit must be submitted to the Building Department for review and approval. Once the electrical permit has been issued, the applicant shall provide proof to the Planning and Zoning Department, at which time, the permit will be issued and construction may commence.
