Welcome to 2022 Eagle Country Christmas!

Celebrate Christmas with small-town charm and fun family festivities at Eagle Country Christmas on Saturday,  December 3, 2022, from 1-6 pm in downtown Eagle by Heritage Park. Enjoy free kids’ crafts and activities in our heated tents, take a photo with Santa and his sleigh, and ride a horse-drawn carriage through historic downtown Eagle. Listen to live musical performances from local children’s choirs and live bands at Heritage Park Gazebo Stage, pause for more photo ops throughout downtown, and shop for gifts and food at the holiday market. The Eagle Fire District's vintage 1927 fire truck will also be making an appearance so don't forget to check it out!   For those interested, we will "Stuff the Truck" with needed coats, new socks, and new underwear donations for the Boise Rescue Mission (see below).  And remember to stay till the grand finale-  the Tree Lighting Ceremony, sponsored by Treasure Valley Lighting! Witness as the living Christmas Tree in Heritage Park comes to life with hundreds of sparkling lights at 5:30 pm.

Community Service Opportunity:  Fill the Truck for Boise Rescue Mission with radio host Kevin Miller!

Radio host, Kevin Miller, will be here to help our whole community Stuff the Truck with donations of coats, new socks, and new underwear to benefit the Boise Rescue Mission.   Founded in 1958, Boise Rescue Mission is a nonprofit organization committed to meeting the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of homeless and addicted individuals in the Boise and Nampa, Idaho areas. Their sole purpose is to see the lives of men, women, and children in our community truly transformed.

Free Trolley Rides to Eagle Country Christmas!

The City of Eagle's new trolley will provide free public transportation from 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm from the following parking locations to downtown Eagle for Eagle Country Christmas:

  • City Hall Parking Lot
  • Eagle Hills Elementary School (both upper and lower parking lots).
