Night of a Thousand Pumpkins
Last Content Update:
The City of Eagle is hosting its first annual Halloween party, and we are pulling out all the stops! Join us at Eagle City Hall parking lot for Trunk-or-Treating, a DJ providing fun and spooky music, a kids' activity area in front of the library, face painting, delicious foods and desserts, plenty of photo opportunities, and even a Chili Cook-Off (5 - 7 p.m. only). For those interested in helping others in need, bring some canned food items to our Eagle Food Bank donation bins in front of City Hall and the Library. And let’s not forget, 1,000 carved pumpkins lighting up all of City Hall and the Library! So, mark your calendar so you can enjoy this great family-friendly party with us on October 28th from 5 pm-9 pm.
Food Drive to benefit the Eagle Food Bank:
This event is a free event to attend, but if you are interested in donating canned food for the Eagle Food Bank we will have donation bins located in front of City Hall and the Library during the event.
We will also have donation bins set up in the Eagle Community Hall during the times that we are carving pumpkins starting October 23rd through October 27th. This is also a free activity to attend, but canned donations will be accepted here as well if you are able to give.
Pumpkin Carving: Volunteers Needed Before the Event
The City of Eagle is seeking people to help carve 1000 pumpkins for this event and will have open pumpkin carving sessions from October 23 – October 27. All supplies will be provided, and carving stations will be set up at Eagle City Hall from 8 am - 8 pm. For those interested in donating canned food to the Eagle Food Bank, you may also drop off your donations at the Community Hall during this week.
Pumpkins will stay at City Hall and will be lit for A Night of a Thousand Pumpkins on October 28th. You can find your pumpkin at the event and take them home that evening.
Have a group? Call or email! We will coordinate carving sessions to fit your schedule. Please let us know when you can join us!
