Inspection Requests 

All inspection requests must be called in or submitted online by 4:00 pm to receive an inspection the next business day. Inspection requests called in or submitted online after 4:00 pm will not be scheduled the following business day. 

Inspection requests called in or submitted online after 4:00 pm on a Friday will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.  If a Holiday lands on a Monday, then all inspections received after 4:00 pm on a Friday will be scheduled for the following Wednesday.

ALL inspection requests received on a weekend will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.  ALL online permit applications or walk-in applications received after 4:00 pm will not receive a next day inspection if requested.

Form Types

There are Three Mechanical Permit Application forms:

Completing Applications

Choose the appropriate Application form by clicking the file link, filling in the information, printing the completed Application, and then signing and dating it.

Submitting Applications

You have the option of faxing, emailing, mailing or bringing the application into the Building Department. Permit will be issued when paid in full.

Payment

Payment options are Check, Cash or Credit Card. If using a Credit card, you may use the "Online Payments" link from our home page or in person at the Building Department/.
