AND USE APPLICATIONS 
There are two types of land use applications: staff level and hearing level.  Included in the tables below is a MASTER Land Use application for all land use applications, and required checklists for each land use application type, that must be completed and included in your submittal package.  P & Z Related Documents and Forms are shown at the bottom of the table following the checklist section.

Applications are available in a downloadable pdf format and an online fillable format.  Forms/Applications that may be submitted online will be marked as ONLINE SUBMISSION.  

Folding of Plans for Submittal

With the exception of construction drawings, all plans larger than 8.5 x 11" are required to be collated in complete sets and folded according to department standards.  Unfolded or improperly folded plans and applications WILL NOT be processed.  For instructions showing the proper folding techniques, click here.

Fiscal Impact Analysis Worksheet
This tool is a guide and approximation of the fiscal impact of development. It is not an absolute decision-making tool. It should be used as an additional data point in the development review process helping the City to understand both the site-specific fiscal impacts, but also to help guide the city in understanding how land-use changes cumulatively impact. the long-term fiscal sustainability as the City reaches build-out or when there are unforeseen economic impacts.

1Any annexation and/or rezone that changes the density/intensity of the existing or previously approved uses on the site will require to submit a Fiscal Impact Analysis Worksheet as part of the Annexation/Rezone or Rezone application.
2A Comprehensive Plan Amendment will require a Fiscal Impact Analysis Worksheet to be submitted as part of the Comp Plan Amendment application.
3 Subdivisions with ten (10) lots or more, and all commercial subdivisions will required a Fiscal Impact Analysis Worksheet to be submitted as part of the plat application.
