Our Economic Development Team offers expert guidance, hands-on assistance, and connection to partners within our community and throughout the region to help you reach your goals.

In addition, our Business Retention and Expansion Program helps our team develop strong working relationships with existing industry in the community through proactive outreach.  This is done through emails, phone calls, and one-on-one  on-site company visits with members of your leadership, management or human resource team to learn more about your company's thoughts, ideas, issues, concerns, plans for growth, and valuable insights into the local community.  This information allows the City to be in a position to better assist and help your business remain profitable, competitive, efficient and successful.  The program is designed to identify and assess the needs and challenges of existing businesses in the community, and align them with opportunities, coordinated resources, and tools that will support their stability, growth and development.
