Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing September 12, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

APPLICATION BY: Tom Ricks

PROJECT SUMMARY: Tom Ricks represented by Claire Smarda, P.E., with Breckon Land Design is to vacate 5-feet of the 10-foot side yard public utilities, irrigation, and lot drainage easement located within Lots 12 and 24, Block 1, Bellemeade Subdivision.  

PROJECT LOCATION: Bellemeade Subdivision is located at the northeast corner of West Flint Drive and North Park Lane.

Planning & Zoning Commission Recommendation:  Approve/Deny (5/0) 

WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall 660 E.
