Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:
APPLICATION #: A-05-23/RZ-07-23
APPLICATION BY: The City of Eagle
PROJECT SUMMARY: A-05-23/RZ-07-23 – Annexation and Rezone from RR (Rural Residential – Ada County Designation) to PS (Public/Semipublic) – City of Eagle: The City of Eagle, is requesting annexation and rezone from RR (Rural Residential – Ada County designation) to PS (Public/Semipublic) for three (3) BLM parcels (Parcel Nos. S0328141800; 120-acres, S0327223200; 160-acres, and S0322315200; 400-acres). The land will remain under the ownership and stewardship of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
PROJECT LOCATION: The parcels are generally located east of State Highway 16 approximately 2,500-feet northeast of the intersection of State Highway 16 and West Equest Lane.

5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, to Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616.
